Lifestyle newborn photography is photojournalistic, rather than formally posed. It's a relaxed session that usually takes place in your home, capturing the love between you and your newborn. It's tender, candid, and real.

It's an hour or two to just slow down, connect, and savor the intense bond between you and your baby. Before you know it, your baby will be walking and talking, and the unique connection you feel right after birth will be a memory. Hi! I'm so happy to see you here. My name's Melody. I was born and raised in Tennessee, but I migrated north about seven years ago. My journey to photography began in film school, where I studied film production. I've since taken the skills I learned in cinematography, editing, and directing and applied them to photography!

When I'm not snapping photos, editing pictures, or updating my website, I love to write, paint, hike, and travel. I prefer my coffee with cream and rainy days.
